Auckland Airport transfers by taxi

All visitors can take a taxi to and from Auckland Airport to the City Center of Auckland. The taxi ride will take about 20-30 minutes.

Taxis are available on the ground transportation area outside the arrivals area (door 8) at the international terminal and outside door 4 at the domestic terminal at Auckland Airport.

A taxi trip from Auckland Airport to the City Center of Auckland costs between NZ $38 – NZ $75 (NZ $35 per person plus NZ $8 for extra person). For trips from Auckland Airport, there is a surcharge of NZ $5 per pick up and NZ $3 per drop off.
