Enterprise asks all passengers to please remember to collect your baggage at the Auckland Airport baggage claim area before you head towards the exit doors.

Helpful information when using Enterprise Car Rental at Auckland Airport

If you rent a car from Enterprise, you are allowed to add additional drivers for your rental vehicle at Auckland Airport. However, be aware that any additional drivers have to meet the same rental qualifications as the primary driver/renter. Any extra drivers of the rental need to show up at the rental counter together with the primary driver.

Please note, that there will be an additional charge of $5.00 (excluding tax) per day, per driver.

Returning your rented vehicle to Enterprise at Auckland Airport

When you wish to return your rental at Auckland Airport you simply have to follow the signs back to the airport’s parking facilities. Here you will find the signs for the Enterprise car rental station where you can return your vehicle.

Enterprise car rental at Auckland Airport (AKL) is open Sunday to Saturday from 12:00 am to 2:00 am and again from 5:00 am to 12:00 pm.
